Due to the digital nature of our service and instant delivery of property contact information, all credit purchases are generally final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error
- The property contact information provided was completely invalid or non-functional
- The property listing was fraudulent or misrepresented
- You experienced a technical error that prevented you from accessing purchased information
- The property was removed from our platform due to violation of our terms
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- You change your mind after purchasing access to a property
- The seller does not respond to your inquiry (we provide contact information, not guaranteed responses)
- The property is no longer available after you purchased access
- You are dissatisfied with the property after viewing or contacting the seller
- You purchased the wrong property (please verify before purchasing)
How to Request a Refund
Step-by-Step Process:

Email us at property@distressed.ae within 24 hours of purchase

Include your transaction ID, property ID, and detailed reason for the refund request
- 3Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- 4Decision
You will receive an email with our decision and, if approved, the refund timeline
- 5Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Refund Timeframe
Review time: 2-3 business days from request submission
Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Total refund time from approval to receiving funds may take up to 15 business days. You will receive email notifications at each step of the process.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds:
- Multiple property unlocks in a single purchase where only some were invalid
- Technical issues that partially prevented access to purchased information
- Cases where the issue is resolved after you have already used part of the service
